The Journey to A Healthier Me 2!

No one said it would be easy…

Finding Nigerian foods to achieve my aim is harder than I thought it would be.
There are a lot of weight loss campaign out there and it’s difficult to choose which one to settle for and try out.

One thing is for sure though, 

I ain’t giving up on my personal health challenge!!!πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½
The diet plan that seems to appeal most to me is the Keto Diet…but how do I even go about it?

Where do I start from??
I’ve tried reading online what it’s all about; a low carb diet that’s high in Fat and proteins!!!

That’s harder to formulate than it sounds!!!

Anyways, my complete meal today started out with; Warm Lemon/Lime water. Then I had a caffeinated-Banana smoothie around mid-day. It comprised of just three ingredients; 3medium Banana (frozen), 1tsp of Instant coffee, 1/2 Tbsp of Shaved/diced ginger and of course water.


At about 3pm I had a dish of locally prepared vegetable soup (Afang, complete with the periwinkle in its shell). Then I opted for fried potatoe and tomatoe sauce with beef as a late lunch snack. 

I ain’t even counting calories I ain’t going to lie but…that’s how much I could get around to do. (In between all this I had three cups of coffee) Well…so that’s my attempt for the first day. I know I’ve got to up my game but, it’s sure difficult when you still trying to figure out how to go about all this. I ain’t going to relent though…it can only get better (If I should pat myself on the back).

Anyways, just thought to share this. If there’s anyone out there with pointers in the right direction…it sure would help. I’d appreciate your comments.
